Is the C.S.S.C. course for me?

The C.S.S.C. course is designed for students in the field of health and fitness who have a specific interest in bodyweight movement training and application. The concepts in this course are utilized for athletic training and can be used as a reference by clinicians, educators, and coaches who are responsible for improving and maintaining muscular strength, function, flexibility, and overall health of themselves and/or the athletes with whom they work.


Course Goals

The C.S.S.C. course is intended to improve understanding and implementation of:

  • Essential mechanics of foundational body weight movement
  • Fault identification and correction
  • Appropriate scaling options for body weight movement
  • Prerequisite for effective movement & positions
  • Strategies for effective and safe skill advancement

has taught fitness seminars in over 20 countries including New Zealand, Okinawa, China, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Kuwait, South Africa, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Sweden, France, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, and dozens of places all over the United States.

He has also been contracted by Reebok, CrossFit, Train FTW, Power Monkey, NoBull, Progenex and other health & fitness brands.
