Is the C.S.S.C. course for me?
The C.S.S.C. course is designed for students in the field of health and fitness who have a specific interest in bodyweight movement training and application. The concepts in this course are utilized for athletic training and can be used as a reference by clinicians, educators, and coaches who are responsible for improving and maintaining muscular strength, function, flexibility, and overall health of themselves and/or the athletes with whom they work.
